• Requesting additional documentation needed to process your application
• Providing status updates on your application
• Presenting funding offers and terms
• General business communications related to your application

3. Do Not Call Registry

You understand and agree that your consent authorizes contact even if your phone number is listed on any federal, state, or local Do Not Call registry. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

4. Consent Not Required for Purchase

You understand that providing consent is not a condition of receiving funding or any product or service from the Company. You may revoke this consent at any time by contacting us at (877) 935-8266 or info@smallbusinesslendingus.com.

5. Information Sharing

You authorize the Company to share your application information with its network of lenders, funding partners, and financial institutions for the purpose of evaluating and processing your funding inquiry. You understand that lenders in our network may also contact you regarding your application. All contacts will be made through the Company — direct lender contact information is not provided to applicants.

6. Electronic Records

You agree that your electronic submission of this form, including the checked authorization box, constitutes your electronic signature and written consent under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act) and applicable state law. A record of your consent including the timestamp and IP address of your submission will be retained.

7. Accuracy of Information

You certify that all information provided in your application is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge. Providing false or misleading information may result in denial of your application.

8. No Obligation

Submitting an application creates no obligation on the part of the Company to provide funding. All funding is subject to underwriting approval, credit review, and lender requirements. The Company acts as a broker and referral source — it is not a direct lender for most products.
